I’ve just brought Pluto—an AI-native work-management platform for modern teams—out of stealth, and I need immediate traction. Your mission is simple but critical: turn carefully chosen startups, D2C brands, agencies, and other fast-growing teams into active trial users and, ultimately, paying customers. You’ll start by researching and qualifying companies that match our ICP, pinpointing founders or other decision-makers, and then running smart, high-touch outreach across LinkedIn, email, and any other channels you know will convert. Cold writing, quick personalisation, and an ability to translate Pluto’s value into clear, compelling language are essential. I expect you to keep a lightweight pipeline, follow up consistently, and feed the team concise feedback that helps us refine both product and pitch. Because Pluto is a brand-new venture, I’m counting on someone who is proactive, creative, and comfortable experimenting rather than reading from a script. Previous B2B SaaS sales success will give you a head start, but hustle, curiosity, and crisp communication matter even more. Deliverables I’ll use to gauge success: • A growing, transparent pipeline of qualified leads • Booked demos or trial sign-ups each week • Structured prospect feedback summaries I need to move fast, so please attach a detailed proposal describing how you’ll hit the ground running and the metrics you plan to achieve in the first month.

Hi, I can help Pluto build a qualified B2B SaaS pipeline through targeted ICP research, personalized LinkedIn/email outreach, and consistent follow-ups. I’ll track leads, demos, trials, conversions, and objections while sharing weekly insights to improve the pitch. In month one, I’ll focus on 150–250 qualified prospects, 40–60 personalized conversations, and 8–15 demos/trials.

Hi, congrats on launching Pluto. I've worked in B2B at Sciative (AI pricing SaaS), where I ran multi-channel outreach (email, WhatsApp, social), earned 20+ media placements through PR, and built 200+ backlinks through SEO. I've also handled go-to-market for a new brand launch, so I know how early traction gets built. Week 1: Confirm the Ideal Customer Profile with you, set up a simple pipeline (Notion or HubSpot Free), build 100-150 qualified accounts (startups, D2C brands, agencies) with decision-makers identified, and launch 3 outreach angles on LinkedIn and email. Ongoing: 15-20 personalised touches a day, structured follow-ups, one weekly experiment, and a one-page weekly report with pipeline stats and prospect feedback. Month-1 targets: 200+ accounts researched, 300+ contacts reached, 10-15% reply rate, and 5-10 demos or trials booked. I'll report against these weekly. To show how I write, here's a sample LinkedIn note: "Hi [First name], I saw [Brand] just [launched X]. Growing teams often juggle Slack, Notion and spreadsheets to track work. I'm helping launch Pluto, an AI-native work-management tool built to fix that. Happy to share a quick look?" Two quick questions: is there a working demo or trial I can point prospects to? Happy to discuss a per-demo bonus once we see results.

Early traction for an AI work-management tool is a list problem before it is a copy problem, and the list has to be built from a signal that means "this team is feeling the pain this month". Here is how I would run it. 1. ICP defined by trigger, not by category. "Startups and D2C brands" is too broad to convert. I would build the list around teams showing one of three signals: a recent funding round, an open operations or project-management hire, or a public complaint about their current tooling. Those three are observable, and each one gives me an opening line that is not a template. 2. Decision-maker mapping. For a work-management platform the buyer is usually the operations lead, the head of delivery, or a founder at seed stage - not the CTO. Getting this wrong is the single biggest reason these campaigns produce opens and no trials. I map the actual owner of the workflow per company before writing anything. 3. Outreach sequence, three touches over ten days, each with a different angle: the operational pain, a one-line comparison against what they currently use, then a straight ask for a 15-minute call. LinkedIn first for founders, email first for ops leads - the reverse order measurably underperforms. 4. Onboarding into trial, not just a signup. I would track which invited companies actually activated, and follow up on the specific step where they stopped, because a trial that never creates a second workspace is not a trial. 5. Weekly reporting: companies approached, replies, trials started, activations, and which channel produced them. One sheet, so the next week's list is built from what worked instead of from scratch. One thing specific to your product: the activation event for AI work-management tools is almost always the second user joining a shared workspace, not the first signup. Optimising purely for signups fills the top of the funnel with solo trials that never convert, which looks like progress in a dashboard and nothing in revenue. I work remotely and handle research, outreach and follow-up directly. Send me your ICP definition (or the one-liner you use on the landing page) and I will return the first 25 qualified companies with named contacts and the outreach sequence within 4 days.
