Key Responsibilities: - Make 80–120 outbound calls per day - Communicate clearly with US healthcare offices - Follow provided scripts and objection-handling framework - Qualify prospects and book consultation appointments for the founder - Update CRM and submit daily reports on call outcomes and lead status. - Perform follow-ups via email/WhatsApp when required Requirements: - Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in healthcare or B2B sectors. - Prior experience in US voice process / BPO / sales - Excellent English communication skills with the ability to engage US-based healthcare professionals. - Ability to work night shifts aligned with US time zones. - Strong objection handling and lead qualification skills. - Result-oriented and consistent performer - Familiarity with healthcare administrative processes is a plus.
