About the Role We're looking for a Freelance Outreach & Sales Closer who can take ownership of the complete sales process—from initiating conversations with prospects to closing deals on behalf of our agency. This isn't just a lead generation role. We're looking for someone who can confidently build relationships, understand client needs, present our services, handle objections, negotiate when appropriate, and convert qualified prospects into paying clients. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and other outreach channels. Start meaningful conversations with prospects using personalized outreach. Qualify leads based on our ideal client profile. Understand client pain points and position our services as the right solution. Conduct sales conversations via chat or calls. Handle objections and answer client questions with confidence. Follow up consistently until a decision is made. Close new clients and help them complete the onboarding process. Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, and deals. Collaborate with the agency team to improve outreach and sales performance. Requirements Proven experience in outbound outreach and B2B sales. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to build trust and rapport with prospects. Experience closing high-ticket or service-based offers is preferred. Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Preferred Experience Selling digital marketing, personal branding, content marketing, consulting, coaching, or agency services. Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, CRM tools, and sales pipelines.
