Project Title Strategic Sales Partner for CashewSoft ERP (Commission Only) About CashuSoft CashewSoft ERP is a specialized ERP software built exclusively for the cashew processing industry. Our software helps cashew factories manage their operations efficiently, improve productivity, and streamline business processes. We are looking for a highly motivated freelancer who can act as our Strategic Sales Partner and help us expand globally. Your Responsibilities We are not looking for a simple lead generator. We need someone who can think strategically and execute. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating market entry strategies for different countries. - Identifying the best countries and regions to target. - Researching ideal customer profiles (cashew processors, exporters, factory owners, etc.). - Building outreach strategies through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls, or other suitable channels. - Initiating communication with prospects. - Nurturing and following up with prospects. - Qualifying leads and moving them to a "hot lead" stage. - Maintaining records of conversations and sales pipelines. - Giving feedback to improve our sales and marketing strategy. Once the prospect becomes genuinely interested, the CashuSoft team will take over to provide product demonstrations, answer technical questions, and close the deal. Compensation Structure Please read carefully before bidding. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity. - There is NO fixed monthly salary. - There is NO upfront payment. - You will earn an agreed percentage or commission for every successful deal closed through your efforts. - The more deals you help close, the more you earn. If you are looking for a fixed monthly salary, please do not bid on this project. Only bid if you are comfortable working on a performance-based compensation model. Preferred Experience We prefer candidates who have: - Experience in B2B software or ERP sales. - Experience in international business development. - Knowledge of CRM and sales pipelines. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and create strategies.
