Commission-Based B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setter – Web Development Services Job Type: Freelance / Part-Time / Performance-Based Compensation: Commission Only – No Fixed Salary Work Mode: Remote Industry: Website Development / Digital Services About the Role I am a freelance website developer looking for a results-driven Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist who can help me find and convert potential website-development clients. I build professional websites for businesses and am looking for someone who can handle the client acquisition side of the business. Your main responsibility will be to identify businesses that need a new website or an improved website, contact them, generate interest, qualify prospects, and book meetings with me. If you are good at finding prospects, cold outreach, sales communication, and appointment setting, this can become a long-term opportunity with strong earning potential. Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for: - Finding potential businesses that need website development. - Researching businesses with: - No website - Outdated websites - Poor mobile experience - Slow or unprofessional websites - Poor online presence - Building targeted prospect lists. - Finding decision-makers and their contact information. - Contacting prospects through appropriate channels such as: - Email - LinkedIn - WhatsApp - Phone calls - Other legitimate B2B outreach methods - Sending personalized outreach messages. - Explaining the value of having a professional website. - Following up with interested prospects. - Qualifying potential clients based on their needs and budget. - Booking qualified meetings/calls with me. - Maintaining a simple record of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and results. Ideal Candidate You should have: - Previous experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting. - Good written and spoken English. - Strong communication and persuasion skills. - Ability to research businesses and identify good prospects. - Experience with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp outreach, or similar methods. - A results-oriented mindset. - Ability to work independently. - Basic understanding of websites and digital services. You do not need to be a web developer. However, you should be able to understand basic website concepts and communicate professionally with business owners. Compensation This is a commission-based position with no fixed salary. You will earn a commission for clients that you help generate. Proposed Commission 15% of the website project payment actually received from the client. Example: - ₹20,000 website project → ₹3,000 commission - ₹30,000 website project → ₹4,500 commission - ₹50,000 website project → ₹7,500 commission - ₹1,00,000 website project → ₹15,000 commission Commission will be paid after the client makes payment to me. There is no maximum limit on earnings. The more qualified clients you help bring in, the more you can earn. For larger projects or recurring services, commission can be discussed separately. Important I am not looking for someone who simply sends me a spreadsheet containing hundreds of random leads. I am looking for someone who can: Find → Contact → Qualify → Follow Up → Book Meetings → Generate Clients Quality is more important than the number of leads. Target Clients You can target businesses such as: - Restaurants - Clinics - Doctors - Dentists - Real-estate agents - Salons - Gyms - Coaching businesses - Consultants - Lawyers - Local service businesses - Small e-commerce businesses - Startups - Professional services - Other small and medium-sized businesses You are welcome to suggest additional profitable niches based on your experience. What I Provide I will provide: - Website development services - Portfolio/examples of previous work - Pricing/packages - Information about the services - Sales support for qualified prospects - Communication with the client after the meeting - Website development and delivery Your main focus is finding and generating qualified opportunities. Performance Expectations During the initial trial period, we will evaluate: - Number of relevant prospects researched - Quality of prospects - Outreach activity - Response rate - Qualified leads - Meetings booked - Clients converted - Revenue generated If you consistently generate good results, I am interested in building a long-term working relationship.
