YES / NO OVERVIEW This is a controlled pilot test to qualify 5–10 outbound operators for a larger, long-term B2B email operation. This phase is intentionally limited in volume. Its purpose is to verify real execution, not theory or setup capability. CORE REQUIREMENT (NON-NEGOTIABLE) Each operator must already be able to: Launch immediately using existing, warmed infrastructure Safely send 250 emails total without inbox degradation Operate within 30–50 emails per inbox per day Forward 100% of replies externally If you cannot execute this with your current system, do not apply. WHAT YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE Do not apply unless you already operate: A live outbound email system (any platform) Warmed inboxes actively sending Multiple inboxes under management External reply forwarding already configured No infrastructure will be provided. No setup, warming, or troubleshooting support. SINGLE MILESTONE — LIVE EXECUTION TEST OBJECTIVE: Prove you can execute cleanly on live traffic. SCALING INTENT (POST-MILESTONE) This pilot is a qualification gate. Operators who complete the 250-email test cleanly will be considered for: Immediate volume increase beyond 250 emails Higher daily caps Ongoing weekly or monthly work Performance-based compensation Scaling will occur only after written confirmation. EVALUATION CRITERIA Operators are ranked on: Clean execution Deliverability stability Reply forwarding accuracy Communication clarity Zero infrastructure friction Only top performers move forward.
