Freelance B2B Sales Executive – Background Verification (BGV) – India We are looking for an experienced Freelance B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Consultant to generate corporate clients for our Background Verification (BGV) services across India. Responsibilities Identify and approach potential corporate BGV clients. Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, calls and your professional network. Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, CHROs, Procurement and Vendor Management teams. Arrange meetings and business discussions with potential clients. Support client onboarding and vendor empanelment. Follow up until the first BGV assignment is received. Build long-term corporate relationships and recurring business. Preferred Experience 3+ years of B2B sales / business development experience. Previous experience in BGV, HR services, recruitment, staffing, payroll, KYC or HR technology is preferred. Existing corporate/HR network will be an advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and generate your own leads. Engagement Freelance / Remote – India-wide Commission-based opportunity No fixed salary initially. Attractive commission for successfully acquired business.
