Using 3rd Party News API
Client has a jobs website, [login to view URL], which features jobs by states in USA:

There are 55 individual states, each with 100 pages. Total 5,500 pages. This is where we display our jobs. About 100 jobs per page. These jobs are updated daily.
The Problem
Google thinks these pages are directory listings, and assumes they don’t have uniqueness. This causes several “discovered not indexed” issues in webmaster (Google Search Console)
Solution
Add news content to individual pages using a News API

Evaluate the different News API tools, and present best option in terms of pricing and quality
