The domain will be hosted with a reputable hosting provider in India that supports Extended Validation (EV) SSL certificates to ensure the highest level of trust and security. ________________________________________ 2. Website Pages & Features Public Pages The website must include the following pages, all aligned to a cohesive design system: • Home • About Us • Services (Include Blogging Service Page) • Product Listing & Product Detail Pages (E-Commerce) • Events (Social Media Event Links update) These pages should feature clean typography, ample white space, responsive layouts, and accessible colour contrast. ________________________________________ 3. User Accounts, Purchasing, Refund & Reviews • User authentication (registration and login) is mandatory. • Only registered and logged-in users are permitted to add products to the cart, proceed to checkout, and complete purchases. (Phase 1: only India level deployment) • Guests may browse products but cannot place orders. • Refund process must be added: Partial and / or Full Refund after internal admin moderation and approval process. • Registered users can submit product reviews only after completing a purchase. • Reviews must: o Be stored relationally in PostgreSQL o Go through an internal admin moderation and approval process before being published on the website ________________________________________ 4.
