Mirelle Patisserie is opening its cloud-kitchen doors in Camp, Pune to a beginner-level bakery and pastry intern who already knows the basics of pastry techniques, cake frosting and decorating, and has a genuine curiosity for classic French products. You will work side by side with our head pastry chef, getting hands-on exposure to everything from laminated dough to mirror-glazed entremets while learning how a professional production kitchen runs. Day-to-day you will: • Bake pastries in commercial set up. • Decorate cakes, applying piping, glazing, and chocolate garnish skills • Prepare French pastry products—think choux, tart shells, and pâte sucrée—from scratch Because this is an in-person role, you must already be based in Pune or able to commute reliably to our Camp kitchen. A food-safety attitude, punctuality, and the willingness to tackle early morning or weekend shifts when needed will set you up for success. In return, you’ll receive structured mentorship, plenty of tasting sessions, and the chance to build a professional portfolio of french desserts and showpiece cakes.
