The role centres on three core duties performed every Friday so management reports are always up to date: • Bank reconciliation – clear all feeds, match every transaction, and flag anything uncertain. • Invoicing & accounts receivable – raise new invoices, send reminders, and reconcile payments so aged-receivables are accurate. • Payroll management – process weekly wages in compliance with Australian awards, superannuation and STP reporting.
