Since there is no floor plan attached yet my team will need a rough massing or footprint sketch to start, otherwise a simple rectangular single story footprint gets used as the base assumption so the concept model can move forward without delay. Execution: the exterior gets modeled in Blender with clean topology and proper scale, then materials and lighting get set up for a couple of clean concept renders that show the design idea clearly without needing full interior detail.
