Hmm I feel like the quickest way to get moving is if you send over one of those example files so I can see the style, level of detail, and materials you are working with. That way I can match it right away without guessing. I am just thinking out loud here but it would be good to also decide on the file formats you need back, and if you want the render lighting to follow your examples exactly or if you are open to small tweaks for realism. We could also set up a naming and folder structure so the weekly workflow is smooth and nothing gets lost.
