BSC Transaction Priority Optimization – Position 1 in Block

I am looking for an experienced Blockchain / Web3 developer with deep expertise in Binance Smart Chain (BSC) to help ensure a transaction is mined at the top position (Position #1) within a block. The goal is to design or implement a solution that allows a transaction to be prioritized over others on the BSC network using advanced gas strategies, MEV techniques, private RPCs, or validator-level solutions, while maintaining reliability and security. This project is for research and implementation purposes, and the final solution should be efficient, repeatable, and well-documented.
