I want every coin a player earns in my game to live on the blockchain so balances are transparent, tamper-proof, and easy to audit. The chain will power only the in-game currency: no item ownership, no trading, just rewards that are automatically credited after gameplay events. Your task is to create and deploy a lightweight, low-fee smart contract, then hook it into the existing backend so the game can call a simple awardCoins(playerId, amount) function from Unity. My priorities are security, minimal gas costs, and fast confirmation times, so feel free to suggest the most suitable network (Polygon, BSC, an L2 on Ethereum, etc.) and the right stack—Solidity, Hardhat, [login to view URL], Web3 for Unity—whatever gets the job done cleanly.
