I need a seasoned mind to map the entire technical landscape—everything from protocol selection and layer-2 strategy to token economics, governance, and long-term sustainability. Your central mission is clear: design scalable architectures that can evolve without painful rewrites. Deep, hands-on knowledge of blockchain architecture & Web3 ecosystems is non-negotiable; it will inform every decision you make around consensus, smart-contract standards, security hardening, and cross-chain interoperability. Day-to-day you will translate product vision into a living blueprint, set development and compliance guardrails, and collaborate with engineering teams to keep timelines, risk, and profitability in balance. Expect to produce: • A complete architecture document (diagrams, data flows, tech stack rationale) • A governance and risk-management framework covering security, compliance, and treasury controls • Milestone-based roadmaps with measurable ROI assumptions and fallback scenarios Hands-on familiarity with common toolchains—Solidity/Hardhat, Rust/Ink!, Substrate, Truffle, [login to view URL], or their equivalents—will make collaboration smoother, but I’m open to your preferred stack as long as it supports the scalability objective. Delivery is considered successful when the blueprint is accepted by our core engineering team and investors, and the first development sprint can begin without blockers.
