Solidity market smart contract for ERC1155 NFT

We need an NFT experienced developer to write Solidity smart contract for our dapp to handle selling of NFTs.
Functions of the sale smart contract are
when someone mint an NFT, and they can choose option to sell, then sale smart contract does:
- approve the sale contract to do actions for them on behave of their NFT (if not approved before)
- mint ERC1155 NFT
- set a price of NFT in the sale contract, by signing a message (not making a normal transaction)
when someone wants to change the price of their NFT, the sale smart contract does:
- approve the sale contract to do actions for them on behave of their NFT (if not approved before)
- set a price of NFT in the sale contract, by signing a message (not making a normal transaction)
When another user tries to buy an NFT, the sale smart contract does the following:
- User sends money to the sale contract
- Contract verifies if the amount is the same as the one in the signed message set as the price by the owner
- Contract sends part of the money to the users who voted for the meme on our dapp. This is still in development, but for now, assign a % of money to be split among multiple addresses (batching transactions for lowering gas fees).
- Sale contract sends the secondary sale % to the original NFT creator, if this is specified in the NFT metadata
- Sale contract takes our dapp's marketplace fee from the money, minus the above fees
- Send the rest of the money to the old owner
- Send the NFT to the new owner
