Biostar 2 integration with php application

We need a way to remotely change the access control zones for a existing user registered and add new users and modify users in BioStar 2, Facestation 2 devices (without having to login to BioStar and manually sync the users).

We have our own GYM management system built on php (Laravel) /mysql application. with our application

1. we create new or modify membership plans

2. users purchase membership from our application

3. users can freeze dates as per membership plan

4. Active and/or deactivate members (users)

When we do any change on our application side (above points 1 to 4) it should affect on devices also it enters this code on a terminal, the application communicates with an API and activates an access card for a specific zone or door. As we are looking to replace all of the readers, we will need someone to write an application for this

To clarify, we are not looking to replace our php/mysql application, we're just looking for something who can write the link between our application and BioStar.

Please only bid if you're experienced with biostar api's and have worked with this in the past. We need it done quick and clean!
