CMO / Book Marketing Partner – Profit Share + Company Equity

I’m seeking a skilled, trustworthy marketing professional to join my publishing business as a long-term partner, not just a short-term freelancer. You will take the lead in marketing strategy, book launches, and sales growth. Compensation Model: Profit Share: You will be paid from the net profit of each book sold (percentage to be agreed upon). Equity: You will own a percentage of the company, giving you a stake in its long-term success. No fixed salary initially — this is a revenue and equity-based collaboration. Your Role: Plan and execute launch campaigns for our books (online + offline). Build our brand presence in the publishing market. Work with authors and book influencers/bloggers to generate buzz. Manage advertising on Amazon, social media, and other platforms. Develop partnerships with bookstores, distributors, and event organizers. Requirements: Proven track record in book or creative product marketing. Strong network in the publishing industry (preferred). Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
