We are an AV installation company specialising in smart homes and are looking for a virtual assistant to help with quotes, invoices and other general admin tasks.
We use Xero for our accounts and would be looking for a VA to send invoices to customers and basic bank reconciliation.
For quotes we use a tool called Jetbuilt, this has most of the products we sell already setup. We would like to be able to send over a written list of parts in the project and for a VA to enter the information into Jetbuilt in specified rooms.
Other admin may include updating our supplier lists by visiting supplier websites and updating an excel spreadsheet and listing products on our website or on eBay.
You must have good written UK English skills and the ability to learn new software that we use in the business.
