While you won’t be handling technical troubleshooting, you should feel comfortable guiding callers through any billing-related processes, escalating only when an issue falls outside standard policy. Deliverables I expect: • Daily call summaries entered in the CRM. • Resolution codes tagged accurately for each ticket. • A concise end-of-week report highlighting recurring issues or policy gaps you notice. Fluency in English, solid phone etiquette, and prior experience in BPO or customer service call centers will help you hit the ground running.
