Timely, friendly replies are crucial to keeping our chat response rate green and our customer satisfaction high. Because I don’t yet have a formal script, part of your first task will be to help me craft concise, brand-appropriate reply templates for common product inquiries as well as polite, solution-oriented responses for both positive and critical reviews. Once those templates are approved, you’ll use them (and adapt them when necessary) to answer customers throughout the day. Deliverables: • Draft a reusable set of reply templates covering product questions and feedback scenarios. • Manage the Shopee chat dashboard daily, responding within the platform’s recommended time frame. • Flag any issues that require escalation—e.g., refund requests—so I can step in quickly.
