Premium Executive Workbook Redesign

# UKRBA REGIONAL DIRECTOR WORKBOOK DESIGN PROJECT ## Overview I am looking for an experienced publication designer with strong Adobe InDesign skills to transform an existing 34-page operating manual into a premium executive workshop workbook. This is not a simple formatting job. The goal is to create a professionally designed workbook that feels comparable to a high-end corporate training manual or executive education workbook. The finished document should look as though it has been produced by a professional design agency. --- ## Existing Material Provided The successful freelancer will receive: • Existing PDF workbook/manual (34 pages) • UKRBA branding assets • UKRBA illustrations and graphics • Existing logos and brand colours • Design examples showing the style I am aiming for --- ## Important The content is already written. I am NOT looking for a copywriter. I am NOT looking for somebody to rewrite the document. I am NOT looking for somebody to shorten or summarise the content. The wording should remain substantially unchanged. Your role is to redesign the document, improve the layout, improve usability and create a premium workbook experience. --- ## Project Objective Transform the current document from a basic operating manual into an engaging executive workshop workbook. The workbook should: • Feel professional and premium • Encourage note taking • Encourage planning • Encourage participation • Encourage action • Feel interactive rather than passive Delegates should leave the workshop with a completed workbook containing their own notes, plans and actions. --- ## Design Expectations The finished workbook should include: • Professional typography • Strong visual hierarchy • Premium page layouts • Consistent branding • Professional use of colour • Call-out boxes • Key takeaway sections • Planning areas • Notes sections • Action planning worksheets • Reflection sections • Business planning templates where appropriate --- ## White Space One of the biggest issues with the current document is excessive unused space. Where appropriate, unused space should be converted into: • Notes sections • Planning sections • Action areas • Reflection boxes • Brainstorming areas • Target-setting sections Every page should feel intentional and useful. --- ## Illustration Use I have a library of UKRBA illustrations. These should be integrated into the workbook professionally and used throughout the document where relevant. I do not want illustrations simply dropped onto pages. They should form part of the overall page design. --- ## Software Requirements Adobe InDesign is preferred. Please confirm: • Your preferred software • Whether Adobe InDesign will be used • Whether editable source files will be supplied • Whether print-ready PDF files will be supplied --- ## Deliverables I expect: • Fully redesigned workbook • Print-ready PDF • Editable source files • All linked assets packaged correctly • Fonts identified and supplied where licensing permits --- ## To Apply Please provide: 1.
