E-Broucher Design.

If you do not have substancial Brochure Design experience please don't apply. Read this brief completely before your respond please. We have an existing e-brochure thats being used in our business and i need to create another one that has a similar design to it. I am looking for someone to create a 20-40page brochure for us in the same style/vibe as the existing finalised brochure. I have got all of the copy for the new brochure ready to go and it currently fits on 19 pages, however its going to need much more room once its all spaced out and set out correctly by someone with a design brain. I can supply product images for the products and some photoshop/image work may need to be done. We may need to to create some images or source some images on shutter stock etc to complete this project. The mock ups have been roughly thrown together and then put in Ai just to make this easy to read and work out the copy required so this can be visualised. We do not want this to look like an Ai generated document. This will require someone to understand our website, the allergy e-brochure and then take the content from Bed Bug Doc 1 & 2 and make this look somewhat consistent with the dust-mite-allergy e brochure. We require the final design file, print ready art work and high resolution PDF copies of the completed works. We have until the end of September to complete this brochure with hopefully only one or two revisions required.
