I want to create a website where I will be able to upload videos of different places where I will be, and see a mark in a map, that when I hover the mark, it shows some information about the place and if I click, then will open the video.

It should have different type of users, 1) Admins, 2) users allowed to upload videos and 3) regular people who only can see the videos. The admin should define the roles of each user.

The people should be able to increase or decrease the size of the map, so the markers can be clearly specified on the map

The way to put the markers in the map is entering the latitude and longitude coordinates.

The data to enter when uploading the video can be: 1) Name of the place, 2) coordinates 3) comment / description 4) video

The map also should be able to have a search, so I can go directly to the marker by searching only the name

The website also should be able to show the videos in a list or in the map

For now it will be only one page website

The registered users should be able to vote ( up or down) in the video and put comments on the video (which cannot be uploaded immediately. The comment should be approved by the admin first).

The admin should have a page with the list of registered users and a dropdown, where I can change the roles. It should be able to organize alphabetically and do a search.

The same for the messages to the videos, where I can see the message, the name of the videos associated, and a button to approve the display of the comment. It is not required a button to remove the comment, I can do that directly in the "comments" data base.

The videos can be uploaded to youtube or let me know what do you suggest

The user should be able to see more than one video at the same time. This can be done by opening a new page for each video or any idea you can suggest.

Regarding analytics, let me know what do you suggest, according with the budget

I will do changes to the website by myself later after the project is complete, or we can also have a long term relationship.

The website should be responsive to mobile phone.

Those are the main points of the website, It shouldn't be difficult for somebody with experience with the map plugin and with Bubble in general.
