Craft VA GPD Grant Application

I am getting ready to apply for the VA Homeless Providers Grant and Per Diem (GPD) Program and need a seasoned grant writer to guide the entire process. I’m starting completely from scratch and still have to assemble every required document, so I’m looking for someone who can not only draft a compelling application but also help me track down, organize, and package the supporting materials the VA expects. What I need most is the writing itself—clear, persuasive narrative sections that meet every specification in the current GPD Notice of Funding Opportunity. That includes aligning my organization’s mission and service model with VA priorities, structuring measurable objectives, and translating our vision into a compliant budget and work plan. While program management and long-term compliance are outside this scope, familiarity with those areas is a plus because it will strengthen the application’s credibility. Because I don’t yet have the full document set, you’ll also walk me through gathering items like financial statements, audits, 501(c)(3) verification, MOUs with partners, letters of support, and any required SF-424 forms on Grants.gov. If templates or checklists exist, please bring them; if they don’t, help me create them.
