Job Description:
Another disappointment from two contractors that was hired three weeks ago. Please don't bid if you lack the skills and time to do the work.
What I'm after is for an Architect who is able to help:
1) Refine my designs
2) Provide working drawings which also needs to include materials breakdowns and cost estimates
3) Convert them to Photorealistic 3D images for presentation and stage them in real life backdrop
4) Do an animated 1.5 - 3 mins short animation of the design to showcase its features
As an example of the quality of the finish and animated presentations, I have include a link so that you know what the end of the project is to look like. If you cannot deliver to this quality, then please do not bid and waste my time.
I have attempted many times to contact this company to hire them but they are too lazy to reply so here I am looking for someone who can offer the same quality of work. Here is your reference link.

Each design is to be completed within 2 weeks once designs are finalised. Please see attached the first design for you to work with and complete to the same quality of work as per your reference link above.
Note: I have more photos and source files which I designed in Sweet Home 3D app.
