I need Floor Plan, 3D-Elevation, Structural Drawings, Working Drawings, Electrical Drawing, Plumbing & Drainage
Home Specifications:
1) Dimensions: 28 * 74 Feet ( Later is the length of plot)
2) Direction: West Facing, there is a park in front of the house with large trees providing a vast , green view.
3) Parking for Two Cars
4) Living Drawing Room Combined only
5) Ground Floor : Two Bedrooms, 1 Drawing cum living room, 1 Kitchen at the back, Two bathrooms
6) First Floor : One Bedroom, One more bedroom that will also work as a study room, one store room
7) No pooja room at any floor.
Design Choices:
• The house does not need to be too big, we want a compact, space efficient design.
• We want small indoor courtyard that will extend through both the floors to provide light, greenery and a connect with nature.
• There will be small green plant patches or green wall at the front and back of the house.
• There will be glass walls to provide light, and a feel of the nature through a scene of the green courtyard.
• Special considerations should be there to minimize the construction cost as we are operating on a tight budget. So we need your creativity for that.
