Need to replace the water supply system to all units, 12" main at meter, 8" distribution lines, 1 - 3" branch depending on unit count for building.
Also need to replace 25 of the 55 sewer lines due to root damage. Replacement from exterior clean out to the sewer main in street.
As property owner we own and control the utilities on the property.
Need a complete scope and stamped engineered working drawings for both projects.
