Belize Beach property Architectural concept

We want to develop a small plot of land on the East coast of Ambergris Caye Belize. I have the overall elements organized w.r.t. buildings, general layout, construction materials, etc. but do not have an overall concept. I need to start with a concept that pulls all the ideas together into a coherent visual that is attractive and inviting. After that is done, then the actual detailed drawings of the buildings can begin.

This project is the 'concept' portion of the effort. This is actually the MOST IMPORTANT stage of all in my mind as the final concept will have a huge impact on return business and later on the selling of condos.

I'm uploading a specification for the entire property but again this project is all about 'CONCEPT' so looking for sketches, markups, drawings, etc that show how the property might look in your mind. Examples might be Italian Villa style, Mediterranean style, modern style, etc. Whatever you think a small beach boutique hotel and resort might look like in your mind. Cheers!
