Each time a bid invitation lands in the portal, you will: • review the scope and deadlines; • upload every required document straight into the correct folders; • complete proposal and qualification forms exactly as requested; • hit “submit” well before the platform cut-off; • log the bid in a simple shared spreadsheet and flag upcoming due dates to our team. We average a few bids a week, but volume can spike, so reliability and tight turnaround skills are essential. A solid grasp of construction bidding—and specifically insulation work—is useful, yet I value precision and consistency above deep technical knowledge. Your own BuildingConnected log-in and proven, advanced experience submitting construction bids will help you ramp up quickly. To be considered, send me a detailed project proposal outlining how you would manage deadlines, track submissions, and communicate status. Screenshots, process flow descriptions, or brief Loom videos are welcome if they clarify your approach.
