I am based in Sydney Australia and I am putting together a development that consists of between 32-36 studio apartments,lap pool and tennis court if suitable. The Plans and design will be lodged with a Sydney based council under state legislation. I will be able to guide you with most of the parameters. I have attached a survey. The development can go as high as 12.5metres proposal is to design a boarding house consisting of approximately 32 rooms. You have also provided the following brief: • Each double room to have approximately 25m2, to include kitchen, bathroom and laundry • Provide some single rooms as required • Carpark preferably 1 level of basement, may increase to 2 if required • Communal living at entry • Open access corridor • Lap pool at the rear setback • Façade Materials: o Stainless steel blinds for balconies o Recycled bricks o Dark tinted windows o Concrete floors o Large glass door at entry [login to view URL] layout 2. 2D design 3. 3D design and rendering ( video walkthrough as well) 4.
