I am about to start an office fit-out that involves creating a handful of private offices, removing some non-structural gyprock walls, installing new hand basins, electrical points and a few extra partition walls. To keep the project compliant, I need a qualified private certifier who can guide me through the Complying Development Certificate (CDC) process and ultimately issue the certificate. What I have now • A detailed LIDAR scan of the existing space. • A proposed floor plan that captures all intended changes. What I need from you 1. Up-front advice on the minimum requred documents, drawing or consultant report required for a successful CDC submission. I have strata approval to carry out the works. 2. Clear guidance on any Building Code of Australia and NSW planning requirements that may affect the design. 3. Coordination with the relevant authorities and timely lodgement of the application. 4. Site inspections and progressive sign-offs throughout construction. The job is in Bondi Junction 5. Final certification once works are finished—target completion is April 2026, though I am ready to begin immediately. If you have current accreditation as a private certifier in NSW and can commit to the full life-cycle of the project, I would like to hear how you would approach the job and keep approvals moving smoothly.
