Chandigarh Residential Site Survey Engineer

I have a residential plot in Chandigarh that is still at the planning-and-design stage. Before we lock-in the building layout, I need a civil engineer to carry out a thorough site assessment and survey on-ground. Scope of work • Visit the plot, establish accurate boundaries, and deliver a detailed topographical/contour survey suitable for architects and structural designers. • Conduct basic soil investigation and provide a concise report on bearing capacity, groundwater level, and any red flags. • Highlight drainage, setback, road access, and utility constraints that could affect design or local approvals. Deliverables 1. AutoCAD (DWG) and PDF drawings of the surveyed site. 2. Soil test summary with recommendations. 3. A short memo summarising risks, opportunities, and next steps for the planning team. Acceptance criteria – All measurements tied to local benchmarks and expressed in metric units. – Tolerance within industry-standard survey accuracy for residential work in Chandigarh. – Soil data supported by lab certificates (scan or original copy). – Final package submitted within one week of field visit. Site is available for inspection immediately; please indicate the earliest date you can be on location and the equipment you’ll bring (total station, GPS, etc.).
