It is a project that we require the entire MEP (including fire protection) and Civil design (grading, drainage, pavements, etc) it will rule by Australia and New Zealand building codes.
Civil design is not structure, just only grading, streets and drainage.
NEW: also it is required quantity surveyor and Technical specifications writer
Work with Revit is a plus.
VERY IMPORTANT: IT IS REQUIRED (MANDATORY) THAT THE DESIGNER BE FULLY LICENSED (LEGALLY CERTIFIED) AS ENGINEER IN HIS/HER COUNTRY. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT. (DON'T WORTH SOFTWARE CERTIFICATIONS)
The project is a public building with a covered area about 2500 sqm in one level and the plot has 125 by 125 meters. Outside the building will have parking, gardens, playing and kids’ spaces. This is all available information until now. Shortlisted applicants will receive more information to refine their bids.
It is not needed to apply to all required engineering, just apply to the specialty that you comply with above mentioned about knowledge and license.
