I’m fitting out a 90 m² restaurant space in Adelaide 5075 and need a designer who can take the project from first concept through to all required approvals. The look I’m after is crisp, Modern styling that still feels welcoming. Within the floor plan I want an open kitchen that becomes part of the dining experience, so your layout needs to showcase the line while still meeting every health and safety rule. Your scope starts with creative concept boards and a clear zoning plan, then moves into detailed drawings and documentation suitable for council submission. You’ll prepare and lodge the Health and Safety and Building permit applications, responding to any requests for information until we have the green lights in hand. Coordination with local authorities and any required consultants must be included. Deliverables I expect: • Concept package: mood boards, colour palette, key finishes • Full set of architectural drawings (floor plan, reflected ceiling, elevations, joinery details) • Kitchen layout with equipment schedule and services points clearly tagged • Compliance documentation for South Australian code, ready to attach to permit applications • Submission and follow-up of Health & Safety and Building permits until approval I’m ready to start as soon as I see a realistic timeline and examples of comparable hospitality projects you’ve led through approval.
