Architect Needed – 5000 sq. ft. Farmhouse Design | Rustic + Modern | Temporary Structure | East-Facing Plot We are creating one independent farmhouse unit on a 5000 sq. ft. east-facing plot. The property falls within a Greenbelt zone → no permanent construction permissions. All structures must be temporary in nature while retaining a modern-rustic farm vibe. We need an architect/designer who can create functional, cost-efficient, and low-maintenance spaces that work for Airbnb stays and fun activity/night-out gatherings. ⸻ Project Overview • Location: Khuda Ganj (Greenbelt – temporary structures only) • Total Units: 1 (independent) • Plot Size: 50 ft × 100 ft (5000 sq. ft.) • Built-up Area: Max. 1500 sq. ft. (30%) • Style: Rustic charm + modern comfort • Roofing: No RCC except small toilet portion for overhead water tank base • Plinth Level: 3.5 ft above road • Front Setback: 10 ft for water line, drainage, and open parking ⸻ Unit Layout & Features Bedrooms (2 per unit, both with attached toilets): • Brick Bedroom – tin sheet roof – should accommodate minimum 4 guests using foldable sofa beds if needed. • Luxury Tent Bedroom – attached brick-walled bathroom – should also accommodate minimum 4 guests. Hall: • Luxury tent structure – should accommodate at least 8 guests with sofa beds for overnight stays. • Attached brick-walled toilet (dual access: indoor + outdoor powder room use). Kitchen & Storage: • Kitchen – brick wall construction. • Store room – brick wall, min. 150 sq. ft. Outdoor & Landscaping: • Verandah – 10 ft wide (front + both sides). • Landscaped garden with pathways, benches, swings. • Water body (15 ft × 2.5 ft) for visual appeal. • Lawn + fixed hard-surface zones. • Outdoor garden bar provision. Swimming Pool & Parking: • Pool – 28 ft × 12 ft with lightweight canopy. • Outdoor shower. • Open parking for 4 cars. Helper Unit: • Brick servant room with Kota flooring + tin sheet roof. • Attached toilet + small courtyard. ⸻ Functional Details • Separate entrance & services per unit. • Independent tubewell, soak pit, septic tank. • Overhead water tank (concealed; RCC base only on toilet roof) with pressure pump. • Drip irrigation. • Solar power provision. • CCTV & smart lock provision. • Low-maintenance finishes & materials. • Structures designed for easy disassembly/modification. ⸻ Deliverables Required 1. Scaled conceptual site layout (east-facing, structure at west, garden/pool in front). 2. Floor plans with dimensions. 3. Elevations & 3D visualizations showing rustic-modern temporary structures. What to Include in Proposal • Portfolio of farmhouse, villa, or resort projects (preferably rustic/temporary structures). • Design approach for low-cost + low-maintenance build. • Estimated cost per sq. ft. and total project estimate. • Timeline for concept + working drawings. ⸻ (Note: The swimming pool should be so planned and positioned that it is usable all day, with at least 50% shade available. It could be designed in a manner where 50% of the pool falls under the verandah area.)
