I have a basement-plus-ground villa laid out and want the entire frame in steel: I-beams for the beams, square hollow sections for the columns, and steel deck sheets forming the slab. I need you to size every member, fix their exact placement on the plan, and turn that information into clear, build-ready construction drawings. There are no mandatory codes from my side, but your design must follow sound, conventional practice so the fabricator and site crew can work confidently. I already hold some preliminary load data yet still need your expertise to finalise the full load schedule before analysis. Preferred workflow: you run the calculations in STAAD, ETABS or your chosen structural package, translate the results into AutoCAD (or Tekla) drawings, and mark all member tags, weld plates and connection details so the shop drawings can be produced with minimal back-and-forth. Deliverables • Structural analysis report covering load assumptions, combinations and member checks • Detailed construction plans including sections, elevations and connection details in DWG & PDF • Bill of materials with sizes, lengths and weights • One short revision round after my review If this matches your skill set, let me know the software you intend to use and an estimated timeline so we can get started right away.
