Create Smoothed Finished Data in PDF format from Raw Survey Data using "Surfer"

We have RAW survey data which needs to be turned into 2D imagery using the "Surfer" program or something similar. The finished product needs to look like "Green 9 Greens Book Version Port Royal [login to view URL]" (Attached)
The RAW data in text format is "GPS Green Map Data Hole 9 bda_utmz20n_wgs84_usft[80511].txt" (attached)
Please find attached the:
• raw GPS data TXT file for Hole 9 Green area, Port Royal GC BERMUDA, to process in “Surfer” to end up looking like
• the GREEN 9 GREENS BOOK VERSION Port Royal 2019 attached
I have also attached the
• Colour Legend for % Gradient Values
………used in the diagrams.
(****There is also a Greens Diagram (attached) for Hole 9, that is quite different (simplified) again! )
Note: all Gradient Values are as a PERCENT (%) ….not a degree value.
GPS Codes List for Green Mapping with Survey Pole in TXT File:
TOPO Points (fixed points mapped as average of 3 values in 3 seconds by GPS)
NOTE = I use these for indiscriminate points; sometimes the “RP” Rotation Point in Fairway to use as the 6’Oclock entry point to green, value of the rotation.
SP = Sprinkler Head
ICV#RND = Irrigation Control Valve; Round (Light Green same size as Sprinkler Head)
ICV#SQ = Irrigation Control Valve; Actually Rectangular (Light Green)
AUTO TOPO POINTS (mapped on the run/whilst moving at 2Foot intervals)
GRNOL = Green Outline (edge of Green)
GRN = Ground surface points used for contouring on and off Green
FWYOL = Fairway Outline
SANDOL = Sand Outline (Bunker Outline)
ROTATION OF GREEN DIAGRAM:
In order to rotate Green diagrams correctly, I have mapped a point on each hole (in this case Point 906 SP….for Green 9) from the centre of the fairway as the rotation point (6’oclock on the page= entry point to green) and then that rotation passes through the diametric centre of the green from that point.
I need to create a Code or use a standard “NOTE-RP-H10” (“NOTE” Code-Rotation Point-Hole10) system that I stick to diligently for Greens to be rotated on that axis.
I will probably use new Codes “FOG” and BOG” to note Entry point at front of green and exit point at back, to correctly show rotation.
These FOG and BOG’s that I note at green edges MAY NOT diametrically line up with the centre of each green!! That needs to be considered.
DIAGRAM NUANCES:
In mapping with GPS, Green Outlines (Green edges) the Code GRNOL is used. That outline (XY value) is the edge of the green that creates a “border” of sorts, and Z value influences the on-green contours using the SURFER programme.
Note how the PDF diagrams (version 2 and 3 of each green….both with % Number values on Greens) have a gap in the printed graphic JUST OFF the green edge. Versions 1 and 4 don’t!
