I am planning to send out a much smaller number of emails, say 5k to 10k per day, with 3-5 IPs / Domains and rotate SMTP. Also will need assistance with setting up domain-key, SPF etc.

3. Linux VPS with Interspire (IEM) installed
4. Customize to rotate through SMTP accounts on different IPs.
