I am an entrepreneur building a scalable online business and I’m looking for a reliable, long-term partner who has strong expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and growth strategy. This is not a short-term freelance task. I am looking for someone who wants to be part of the growth journey as a co-founder / growth partner. The right person should be able to: • Create and manage high-performing Meta ad campaigns • Optimize funnels and conversions • Track and improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) • Help scale sales sustainably This role is performance-based and ideal for someone confident in their skills and interested in long-term collaboration. Compensation Model Instead of a fixed salary, this role offers revenue-sharing based on performance: • You will receive 3%–5% of total generated sales • Long-term growth opportunity • Potential for equity discussion in the future (based on performance)
