Job Description:
Freelancer is to search and research for all information relavant to start an Online Bank. The report created from the research, will be later used to make an executive summary, and eventually a formal business plan/proposal.
The Online bank will be in the region of Central America. Online bank will be using blockchain and new technology as backbone of infrastructure, to offer faster, cheaper services to customers, with opportunity to adapt to future technologies and banking services via online system only, no branches. This is first online bank in the country Guatemala.
Following information is needed:
-Advantages and differences between an Online Bank vs Traditional Bank (starting costs, time to be fully operational, Operational costs, rates for loans to customers, interest rates to customers, time to adopt new banking features and systems).
-Challenges and difficulties of starting and operating Online Bank
-Statistics of a few successful online banks in any countries as examples (market share acquired, total value of bank, total revenues/profits). Name the bank, country, and statistics.
-Services offered to customers of an online bank
-Services and online bank cannot offer customers
-List of companies that provide core technology platforms to an online bank (Databases, Backend/Backoffice, Portal and apps for customers).
It would be ideal if you can make an executive summary presentation, with the research information and stats you find, instead of just sharing the info.
