About the Role We are a growing residential property development company that acquires land and properties, builds residential homes, and sells completed developments. We are seeking a highly organized and financially disciplined Project Coordinator / Development Controller to manage cost tracking, loan repayments, documentation, and overall project oversight from acquisition through construction and sale. This role is critical to keeping developments profitable, organized, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Financial & Cost Management Track all project expenses (land purchase, construction, materials, labor, permits, marketing, etc.) Monitor construction budgets and report variances Track loan draws, interest payments, and repayment schedules Maintain detailed cost breakdowns per development Prepare financial summaries for each project Project Management Support Maintain project timelines from acquisition to sale Coordinate with contractors, builders, architects, and agents Track milestones and completion stages Ensure deadlines are met Documentation & Record Keeping Record all transactions and project updates in real time Maintain organized digital files for contracts, permits, invoices, and compliance documents Document variations, change orders, and approvals Keep detailed development logs Reminders & Administration Monitor key dates (loan repayments, council deadlines, insurance renewals, contract dates) Send reminders and follow up with stakeholders Schedule meetings and maintain project calendars
