US Business Formation Specialist Needed

We are looking for an experienced US business formation professional who has already completed full US company setups in the past and can manage the entire process independently. This is not a research task, training opportunity, or learning project. We want someone who has done this before and knows the process end to end. ⸻ Scope of Work You will be responsible for complete setup of a US-based business, including but not limited to: • US company incorporation (appropriate legal structure) • Handling incorporation with two co-founders • Obtaining EIN (Employer Identification Number) • Assisting with US business bank account setup • Supporting compliance and required documentation • Ensuring everything is completed legally and correctly The expectation is full ownership of the process, not partial guidance. ⸻ Mandatory Experience (Read Carefully) You must meet all of the following: • Proven experience setting up US companies from scratch • Prior work involving EIN and US bank account setup • Experience working with multiple founders • Ability to execute without constant supervision • Clear communication and structured approach If you have not personally handled these tasks before, please do not apply.
