Valuations will be driven more by strategic fit, IP strength, and scalability than current revenue. An Indian acquirer must decide whether to pursue them as strategic acquisitions for long-term capability or financial investments for growth returns, while assessing integration, regulatory, talent, and cross-border risks. Novelty of Approach: How is/will your solution be better than the existing products/solutions that address the same problem? Impact – results achieved/estimated/projected and comparison of results with goals and objectives. Actual findings, significant output of tests and analysis Link to the video of the working model/ prototype: You are required to submit a 2–3-minute video pitch on the Unstop portal.
