We would need:
• Technical Knowledge in food processing or food production (background in food science, microbiology or other science degree; or a technical diploma in a related field).
• Experience implementing food safety systems.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work on site identifying the needs of your facility and get input from staff on current practices.
• Interest to maintain the system once implemented by providing follow up support or training, if required.
• References of previous relevant jobs and previous clients.
• No conflict of interest that might prevent them from acting in an impartial manner.
