Commission Based IT Project Bidder

I run a development team that builds and supports custom web and mobile applications for healthcare organisations, with the flexibility to take on retail-ecommerce, manufacturing, and edutech work when the opportunity arises. To keep our pipeline healthy, I need someone who can actively win new projects on a pure commission model. Commission: 15 to 20 % of project cost! Here’s what success looks like: • Identify suitable opportunities on marketplaces and direct channels, prioritising healthcare-focused briefs but not shying away from strong retail-ecommerce or edutech leads. • Draft clear, persuasive proposals that align each prospect’s needs with our technical strengths (React, Node.js, NET Core, MVC, API, PHP-Laravel, React Native, AWS, Azure, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). • Premium Platforms: Sitecore, Headless CMS, Sanity CMS, Strapi CMS, Umbraco CMS • Industry: healthcare, manufacturing, Retail & Ecommerce • Project Type: MVP Application, AI-Powered, AI projects, mobile Application, Website Development • SAP, Salesforce, Servicenow • Wordpress, Woocommerce, Shopify store • Negotiate scope, timeline, and commercials until the project is awarded, then transition the signed contract and requirements to my delivery team. • Maintain transparent reporting so I always know what’s in the pipeline, what’s been closed, and the commission you’ve earned. Commission is a straight percentage(15 to 20 % ) of every project you successfully close; there is no cap. I cover all delivery costs—your earnings scale purely with the deal size. If you already have a network in hospitals, clinics, or health-tech startups, you’ll feel right at home, but seasoned bidders from other verticals are welcome as long as you can deliver results.
