### Sales & Marketing Executive – Education Software Solutions We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with a strong sales background and basic knowledge of software applications to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our School Management Software to universities, colleges, and other educational institutions, helping them automate academic, administrative, admissions, finance, examinations, student records, and overall institutional operations. ### Key Responsibilities * Identify and engage prospective universities and colleges. * Generate qualified leads and business opportunities. * Conduct software demonstrations and presentations. * Build relationships with key decision-makers within educational institutions. * Support marketing campaigns and business development activities. * Achieve agreed sales and client acquisition targets. ### Requirements * Proven sales, business development, or marketing experience. * Basic understanding of software applications or SaaS solutions. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated and target-driven. * Experience within the education or technology sector is an advantage. ### Recruitment Process To avoid lengthy screening and interview processes, shortlisted candidates will be offered a trial engagement period where they will be assigned specific sales and business development objectives.
