Thank You\r\n\r\nBusiness Analyst Roles & Responsibilities\r\nThe Business Analyst will:\r\no Consult with business leads accountable for procuring goods or services\r\no Coordinate and facilitate requirements gathering workshops\r\no Document requirements to develop the scope of RFP/RFQ documents\r\no Assist in developing evaluation criteria\r\no Draft RFP/RFQ\\\'s\r\no Reviewing RFP/RFQ document to ensure compliance to PNS Procurement policies, posting on PNS website, evaluating proposals, and awarding/contracting with successful proponent]\r\no Provide analytical support for initiatives including pricing analysis, forecasting of resources, scheduling processes, etc.\r\no Support development of business process work flows and prepare related documentation.\r\n\r\nBusiness Analyst Profile\r\n\r\no Experience and a practical approach to requirements development \r\no Demonstrated skills in supporting business leads in procurement\r\no Proven ability to elicit quality and pertinent information from a diverse group of stakeholders\r\no Minimum 2 years\\\' experience in developing requirements and procurement documents\r\no Translating business needs into business process, and preparing resulting documentation\r\no Preparing procedure documentation for a variety of audiences (including clients)\r\no Demonstrated competence in the Microsoft Office suite of products, including intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas)\r\no Well-developed verbal and written communication skills\r\no Able to build relationships at all levels of the organization\r\n\r\nOverall, the Business Analyst is someone who demonstrates curiosity in gathering business process information and who is a multi-tasker, able to respond to multiple priorities.\r\n
