I have a client who is starting cloud services company in the US. They want to build their partners ecosystem and channel to sell their services. I'm looking for someone with channel experience to come up with 10 pages strategy that summarizes a strong initiative to establish, develop and maintain partners and channel systems to resell the cloud services (B2B). The platform should be competing with AWS/Azure in SAAS model (but they're micro entity compared to AWS!!)
If this initative is accepted, I'll be working with the same freelancer (for continuity purposes) for a lot of works needed to structure the business.
